This place is incredible. First off get the Carrot Cake, I don’t care if it’s breakfast or dinner their carrot cake is an orgasm in your mouth. Dog Friendly patio, which they brought out a water bowl and a snack for them. Their bread is addictive! The chicken fried steak was absolutely delicious & the gravy was on point. Service was fast and friendly. Their prices are fair, but totally worth it because everything was top quality. Overall just go here you won’t be disappointed!

We discovered this little jewel and if I ever had reason to go back to Oklahoma City I would plan my entire trip around coming here for dinner! Lunch was divine and I’m certain dinner would be even better! So many heavenly options to choose from… we ended up starting with the blue cheese house made potato chips (about died over the deliciousness). They were topped with green onion pesto that was insane. INSANE. We split the French dip and Lordy Lordy it was the best I’ve ever had. Almost forgot we also split the kale salad. It was unbelievable. Service was superb, we were super lucky to get a table. The place was hoppin’! At 11:30 am!

First time here. I was in OKC looking for a good lunch spot at Cheever’s Cafe came up multiple times. I had read they can get very busy. I arrived about 11:15 and it only had a few people in there. Smaller place that is semi-upscale looking. Server was with me very quickly and very friendly and answered all my questions. I ordered the prime rib sandwich with house made potato chips. The sandwich was excellent. The meat was so tender and the rustic bread did a great job holding it all together even when dipped in the au jus. The sandwich also has arugula butter and horseradish on it. It was one of the best prime rib sandwiches I have had. The potato chips were also very good and there were a ton of them. While waiting for your entree they do provide you some delicious rolls with a seasoned butter to snack on. It was also very good. Overall it was a great meal and service was spot on as well. I will for sure come back next time I’m in OKC. I have been since told I must try the famous blue cheese potato chips on my next visit.

The chicken fried steak was so tender, and the brunch potatoes were equally delicious. Do not miss the wonderful warm bread they bring out before the meal. Word to the wise, ORDER THE ROASTED PECAN BALL FOR DESSERT.

Cheever’s Café is a true OKC gem. The service is friendly, the setting feels both cozy and upscale, and every dish is packed with flavor. The chicken-fried steak and shrimp & grits are incredible, and the desserts are unforgettable. Perfect spot for brunch or a special dinner — consistently excellent!

We really enjoy our evenings there. The staff is always friendly We haven't ordered anything yet that we haven't enjoyed. The rolls in the beginning are a delight with the soft butter and what seemed to be caramelized garlic salt to spread. My Prime Rib was amazing and the kick of Jalapeño in the gravy of the Chicken Fried Steak is an unexpected pleasure. The cake at the end of the meal, well, just get ready to take it to go and eat off of it for a few days, amazing!

The food was excellent. The service was classy and high end. We made reservations and had no wait. I tried the cauliflower bread pudding and lived it. Someone else had surf and turf. Someone else had steak. Drinks were good.

Nothing bad to say about this place. The food is amazing, the service is amazing, did I mention that this place is amazing. When we walked in they asked if we had a reservation, we didn’t but they were able to seat us anyway. So might want to make a reservation if you have a party with you. Food came out quick, hot and delicious. Chicken fried steak was amazing as well as the risotto. Make this a place for dinner as often as you can!
